这个我教你。如果你女友同意的话。基本可以成功。一是要温柔。一定要先湿润屁眼，然后用一根手指慢慢进去。尽量多一点时间让屁眼适应，然后两根进去。然后慢慢分开两根，在屁眼里多动。最手三根进去。一般三根进去了。就可以插了。
